Mohit Sinha - Founder & Visionary of Finbuzz Financial Services

Mohit Sinha is the driving force behind Finbuzz Financial Services, founded in 2012 with a clear vision of providing businesses with exceptional outsourcing solutions. With over two decades of experience in the 401(k) and US pension industry, Mohit has built Finbuzz into a trusted partner for companies seeking reliable plan administration, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting services. His hands-on approach and deep industry knowledge have helped businesses streamline their operations while ensuring they remain compliant with complex regulations.

Mohit’s passion for delivering precise and efficient financial solutions is reflected in Finbuzz’s success. The firm specializes in helping businesses manage 401(k) plans and pension services, offering tailored support that simplifies administrative processes and optimizes plan performance.

Outside of his professional life, Mohit enjoys reading books, spending quality time with his two daughters, and taking long drives. He holds an MBA and has previously worked with a multinational corporation for eight years before venturing into entrepreneurship with Finbuzz.

Process Flow

Client sends scanned documents to Finbuzz through secured FTP.

Finbuzz retrieves the documents, follows the instruction and starts processing.

The Input documents are overall screened. Any missing/required information is asked for from the Client.

Till the time all documents are received, the administration work is moved ahead to the extent possible.

Once all documents are received, entire Administration and Compliance tasks are run on the Software.

The completed tasks are Internally reviewed. All items in Checklist are ensured to be addressed and signed off.

The Client package is sent to the Client for final review.

Any review comments/updates, are addressed immediately. Once Client confirms, work is marked as Completed.
